Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Discovery Calls: If you need to cancel or reschedule your free discovery call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling. Paid Consultation Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation for a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session one time without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee. Late Policy Please be on time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled or shortened at my discretion without a refund. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.
